The Club goes to our local lakes every month (less frequently in the winter).
Every session is planned around experience and objectives, usually two sessions a day.

NoTanx Lake Days;
- Free for NoTanx members
- Guided and directed dives
- Equipment available for hire
- Group exercises and activities

As well as have fun & meet other freedivers, these are an opportunity to...
- Practice specific techniques
- Sign off NTStyle Grading criteria
- Sign off AIDA criteria (2 to 4 star)


AM Session tends to be technique or depth training.
PM Session usually turns out to be a fun session, exploring, finding fish or working on swim throughs...

Everyone is welcome, all levels and abilities... and as always ALL coaching is FREE.

Cost
£45 per day (free to club members)
Equipment available to hire (suit £20 + other £8 per item).



          

Openwater Courses
Our Foundation and Open water courses cover the theory sessions of the AIDA **course.
Practical criteria for all AIDA qualifications can be covered during lake days.
We do run specific AIDA short courses throughout the summer, please refer to the Courses page for more information.
