Having fun allows the body to relax. Relaxation allows efficient learning. The NTx method has 42 exercises, each with 4 specific objectives.

With over 400 pool sessions and lots of trips throughout the year, regular training is easy. Always with a group ethos of development & enjoyment. Our exercises are aimed to develop your skills whether you are a complete beginner or seasoned competitive diver. Putney Leisure Centre · 20:45 to 22:15 (This session is not Instructor led, but for experienced NoTanx Club members to work on specific aspects of their training)

 
 
 

CLUB PROGRESSION

All NoTanx (NTX) club members follow the Club Track. Each member is issued a coloured rash vest that represents their current level. Grading can happen at any point during the year or membership period and are decided by the senior team.

 

YELLOW

All new members start at Yellow.

Responsibilities: Complete NTX Foundation Course

BLUE · INTERMEDIATE

Intermediate members (c~100 sessions) who understand and are familiar with NoTanx training concepts.

Responsibilities: support Yellow members

RED · Senior

Experienced members (c~200 sessions) who have a comprehensive understanding of the skills & NTX exercises

Responsibilities: mentor other members and lead sessions

Honorary vests

PURPLE- diver of the year

 Purple rash vests are given to the “Diver of the Year”, and those whole have contributed significantly to the club and inspired people

White - Club Legends

Given to members who have demonstrated long-standing impact and leadership (thank you Ale, Yuki and Kiri!)

 
 

Memberships

 
 

FULL Membership

 

This option is out ‘standard’ offering, and includes unlimited club training sessions at every club location, a NoTanx rashvest, and substantial discounts on some of our international freediving trips.

Newcomers are welcome to come to two "trial sessions” (bookable through eventbrite) before joining as a member.

Memberships have two lengths - 6 months or 12 months. The 6 month membership is a single payment, and the 12 month membership can be paid monthly, 6-monthly or also in a single payment. 

There are discounts available for full-time students - please get in touch before booking to get access to the discount.

 

Remote membership 

This membership is perfect for those who will not be able to attend regularly, or who can only attend seasonally. Membership last for 12 months, and members then purchase passes (offered in packs of 5 or 10) to attend sessions. Remote membership includes access to NoTanx club training sessions (unlimited, but passes required for each session) and a NoTanx rashvest.
