These sessions are suitable for everyone - from those who would like to try freediving for the first time in a small group, to experienced freedivers looking to hone techniques. Our sessions are either 30 minutes or 60 minutes long and can be booked directly through our app (under ‘appointments’) or website (link below).
Availability will vary with our instructors’ schedules, so if there is no availability showing on the calendar please get in touch and we’ll see if we can find someone for you!

1:1 and small group sessions available from spring to autumn.
We have two types of open-water coaching available:
1) Coaching during Lake Days
We regularly run “lake days” (usually on weekends and bank holidays) at Wraysbury and Vobster Quays. Depending on the instructors available, we offer 30 minute 1:1 or 2:1 training slots and sled training sessions throughout the day.
2) Dedicated Open Water half days
These Open Water sessions are held at Wraybury Dive Centre, and are 3 hours long.
These can be scheduled throughout the week - please get in touch if you have a specific date/dates in mind and we can let you know availability.
All Open Water sessions are suitable for freedivers with a range of experience, from those experiencing their first time in open water through to seasoned pros. Whatever your objectives, step up your training with a 1:1 or targeted group session.

Remote coaching sessions can cover a variety of topics and are designed to help individuals on all aspects of their training, from the mental to the physical. These sessions can help in setting individual goals, designing individual training programmes, and monitoring progression. The sessions can be used to focus on exploring and learning specific techniques like breathing techniques for relaxation and/or breath-hold, or other dry activities like Strength & Conditioning and Yoga.
Once a session is booked, the teacher will contact the student via email with the contact details of the remote coaching session, which are usually held on zoom.
